Sure, everyone starts at a different age I wouldn't think to much about it while you're young.

Puberty doesn't start at a set age, it can begin from any age. Not everyone is the same you're just a late starter. I'm nearly 19 and I haven't finished yet, my voice hasn't even fully broken!

i didnt start puberty till 14 so its natural for some people to have not started yet, it will come though so dont worry =)

Everyone starts it at a different age/time. There is no "set age". There are averages, however, but not everyone falls under them.
