I trust all my friend enough (or the ones that come over) to give them my password. But I usually only give it to them if I'm doing something like showering and I don't want them to sit there bored. They give me theirs too for the same reason.

Well i guess it would depend on my freinds and pass word to what,
but my bf does have the pass word to my email, twitter, msn account and i have his too. This way we can check in on the other if we want.
