I dont wear anything under my boxers, the advise above is good. Or if you are in class or something, just stay seated and when you get up carry your bag in front of you right at the level needed to cover your "little friend" and pretend like you are looking for something in your bag. That has worked for me before.

it would be kinda stupid and pointless to wear something underneath but i either do what all them ^^^ sed or just focus on thinking of something else to make the boner go down
