I am at Leakycon so I just saw the movie! I honestly, while I liked it, was not satisfied. The movie is so short and they left out so much. If the movie is so short they really don't need to leave out so much!

True. The thing that annoyed me the most was that Harry never repaired his wand in the film, which makes no sense.

And I hated the way Bella and Voldy died.... they didn't disappear in the book! Although I guess the mix of expelliarmus and Avada Kedavra could create a different spell that rips you to shreds... Plus, how awkward would it be to have to move Voldemorts dead body...
LOVED WHEN HE HUGGED DRACO! That was the best part of the movie!

Our cinema had this crazy girl on the opposite row to us who couldn't stop laughing. Seriously. Neville pulls out a sword -> she laughs. Snape's memories -> she laughs. Goblin appearance -> she laughs. Potter flies on a dragon -> she laughs. You get the point. It wasn't a chuckle, either - it was a full blown, gut-busting laugh.

SPOILERS FOLLOW:
We had a little girl in the theatre that when Dumbledore said to Harry "Of course it's in your head, but why does that mean it isn't real." Yelled out I DONT GET IT, and she was like 6, it was hilarious.
I am extremely pissed about the manner of Bellatrix's death. It didn't even show her fight Ginny and Luna, and the battle between her and Molly was complete shit. Especially since she was my 2nd favorite character in the entire series.
They screwed my favorite character too. I haven't read the books in a while, but I'm pretty damn sure that Nymphadora played a larger role in the last book then being seen dead next to Remus for 5 seconds before panning away. I mean she was the best character ever, and they didn't even give her a death scene. The fuck brah?

First, I completely agree with you on Bella's death. Oh my god, I was really agitated with that. What was that, she turned her to stone and broke her to pieces? Huh? And there was ZERO reaction from Voldemort. In the book, it goes something like "Voldemort screamed as his last loyal follower fell" and it gave it a bit more importance. It felt like it was just Molly's spotlight time, which it is, but it's supposed to be a bit more than that for a fucking awesome character (my favourite :3).
Yeah, Lupin and Tonks had so much more in the book (my second and third favourites :P). I'm really surprised her biggest role was in OotP in the films. They aren't however "shown" dying in the books, so that makes sense. At least that death was better than Moody's. There was NOTHING there for that one in part 1. They just pan to Harry and that's it. They made it emotional that time, and they gave Lupin that great line when Harry's in the forest that made me cry.
What I'm REALLY pissed about, that no one has mentioned yet surprisingly, WHERE WAS TEDDY? What the hell. Is it that hard to find a kid and put a turquoise wig on him? They didn't add the scene where Lupin tells them about him so I expected to see him in the epilogue but he wasn't there. o.O
Otherwise though, I actually had no complaints. I'm quite a fan of how they do the films and it was satisfying. They emphasized the battle which was a nice change from part 1 when they were just in a tent for three-fourths of the film. And yes, I absolutely LOVED the awkward Voldie hug. I burst out laughing at that.

I did not enjoy the film at all. There was nothing included that made it at all as good/better than the books and everything that they either removed or changed completey spoiled it for me.
Oddly enough there weren't that many big differences (excluding the missing scenes all over the place) just some small changes here and there which caused the film to be so different from the book it's unbelievable.
I'm sorry about this, I was bored and went on a bit of a rant. There are spoilers abound, so be careful. Also sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes, I just sort of spat it on the screen. I also mention some things from part 1, they're still horrible.
The scene(s) in Shell cottage were no where near long enough. In the book they stayed there for a few weeks, we witnessed Bill & Fleur being together and Ollivander/Griphook character attributes. The film made it seem as though they stayed one night and then pissed off, which was obsurd.
When Lupin visits Shell cottage to give news of his child wasn't included, which was a huge loss in my opinion. Made their deaths at the end feel a little less important (Still love them though).
Complete lack of danger in Gringotts. The book has the items have multiple spells/curses - causing the items to duplicate and burn Harry and the gang. The film however only has the items duplicate and over dramatises the danger of 'drowning' in the stuff. Ridiculous.
Harry has the idea about escaping on the dragon, not Hermione. I understand that the director changed that to make her seem more useful, but it was just a silly change.
The dragon pissed around when it was escaping in the film. Really it just realised it was free and flew straigt through the roof, which was a far more interesting way of doing it because it was fast paced and dramatic; with the slow method of getting out of the dungeon in the film it made it less entertaining for me.
The entire scene with Aberforth wasn't handled very well, it included most of the right information. I just don't think, for someone that hadn't read the books, that it made Aberforth seem like a competant likable character - which he is and eventually turned out to be.
In the Room of Requirement (RoR, for short) - in the book Harry was constantly fighting against Voldemorts rage and therefore found it hard to concentrate and was confused. In the film however he acted completely normally and basically asked everyone for help.
Jesus, the fiasco with Snape. Book: Harry sneaks out of the RoR with Luna under the cloak to go to the Ravenclaw tower to look for the Diadem, they sneak in and Luna stuns one of the Carrows. The other one appears with Prof. McGonagall - it all kicks off and Harry stuns the other Carrow. Then there's the thing with McGonagall and the other heads of houses, which I loved in the book, then Snape and her have a nice good fight with the other heads getting involved. The Film: Some shit about an assembly and Harry acts like a tit saying ridiculous things - the order come prancing throuh the door at a ridiculously predictable momeny and Snape flies off without a decent fight. That whole thing is possibly the most annoying thing - I wanted McGonagall to kick some Snape bottom, but no...
Harry works out that he needs to talk to the ghost practically alone. In the film he needs to be told by Luna because he seems like a complete idiot.
The book doesn't even mention anything of Ron and Hermione going to the Chamber of Secrety, in fact it's quite a suspenseful aspect. The film actually shows them going there though, which is stupid. I understand that the kiss needs to be shown, but the destroying of the Horcrux was just unnecessary time wasted that could have been used to put something in that they removed.
When looking for the Horcrux in the RoR the most dramatic thing that happens is Harry has to climb a small pile of furniture? In the book however he's constantly fighting Malfoy and the gang.
I don't think that Hagrid was even mentioned until we see him tied up in the forest, if he was then he played a tiny role. The book shows him being with Harry for a few minutes and with Fang, then being carried away by the spiders - which explains why he's in the forest. Plus there's no mention of Grawp (Hagrid's brother, spelling?).
Snape and Voldemort have a little chat and Snape is eventually killed somewhere completely different to the book, in which he was killed in the Shrieking shack, which I found quite significant because of the link between Lily, James and himself when we see the memories (in the book, ironically left out in the film). Annoying.
The entire memory scene was represented horribly, it was far too short, it left out a lot of detail that I loved in the book.
Where was the enthusiasm when Harry is 'dead' outside of the castle? The book has them angry and violent to the extent that they are held back by a sheild produced by Bellatrix - in the film they're just all depressed and stand around.
Neville actually kills the snake at his first attempt and that's the main reason that the students, teachers and the Order start to fight again. Instead Hermione and Ron piss around trying to stab the snake until Neville 'wakes up' and kills it - pointless change.
Harry doesn't jump out of Hagrid's arms whilst all is silent - I think that Hagrid actually drops him and then he scurries away under the cloak. Much more reasonable.
Then there's the parts with Harry and Voldemort flying? What the fuck? Completely pointless.
Their final duel doesn't happen outside, it happens in the middle of the great hall because we first see Voldemort duelling with like 5 people before Harry appears. So too do we see Bellatrix duelling, before Molly kills her.
The fight between Molly and Bellatrix wasn't any where near long enough, sure it was satisfying, but not detailed enough.
Neither Voldemort nor Bellatrix 'disappear'.
In the film he doesn't visit the head masters office and talk to Dumbledore about the stone. Nor does he repair his wand, which means that he's basically wandless?
The epilogue was Ok. Oddly enough. There was no mention of Neville being a professor of Herbology, nor of his relationship with Luna. The childrens names weren't all mentioned, Teddy wasn't completely explained.
- I forgot to mention that Ollivander would obviously know of the legend of the Deathly Hallows. He works in a shop that every magical kid in the Uk goes into and he hasn't heard of what is effectively a kids story? Bullshit.
