Hello everybody, I come to you guys for help. About an hour and a half ago I had masturbated for about 1.5-2 hours, continuously prolonging orgasm. When I finally ejaculated, it was actually a little painful rather than the usual. Well i later noticed that my testicles were larger than they typically are, and they were quite painful. (similar to when someone kicks you down there) but yeah, since then I've been laying down resting, and they're not as painful as they were but they're still pretty large. Should I be worried? I'm trying not to panic and I'm prepared to ask my mom to take me to the doctor if needed. I'm hoping it goes down without doctors help. Oh, and this is the first time ive ever done it this long.. I normally do it around 25 min..

I've ha a couple of VERY prolonged Jo sessions and never had that kind of issue. This may not be pleasant but you should put an ice pack on it. Good for swelling. Good luck.

just give it time and don't do it a gain for that long period and if something like ths happens again see a doctor.
