It's a stupid habit I'm hooked on that I wish I never started.

In addition, smoking bans are becoming more and more popular. Try goin outside in rain and cold to smoke. From what I hear, it isn't fun.

Why ANYONE would choose to damage their bodies and have their clothing, cars, and bodies smell worse than putrid ass in the name of "calming down" is beyond me. If you're stressed out, there are HEALTHY alternatives that don't cost thousands of dollars while they KILL YOU.

There is NO medical evidence to suggest that smoking is healthy. It has ZERO sex appeal and is one of the grossest habits anyone can employ.

If I see a nice girl with a cigarette in ger hand, out the window. Even if she was stunningly amazing, nope. Its just disgusting. I have also seen what it does after a lifetime of smoking. My granda had smoked since he was 16 and he got to a stage where he could only walk a few meters before being tired. After a TRIPLE heart bypass he atopped and his health improved dramatically.

When I thought it was cool and was going through a rather chavy period at the ages of 11/12, I did try it and would smoke if offered. I didn't however make a habit of it and do it daily. Mainly because it was impossible at that age for me.

I hold a different opinion on weed though. The media and government make that sound x10 worse than it is. The long term effects are unclear, no one has ever died directly from it. I would much rather do that on a Saturday night than smoke 20 fags a day.

its all about self indulgence :) i mean, people smoke because they enjoy smoking generally. the only catch is it gets addicting after a while. but i mean, sugary candies and fatty greesy foods are bad for us and we know it. we still eat it. why? because we enjoy it. health concerns dont really bother people. drinking is a nother example. drink is horrible for you, yet like more than half of america drinks because they enjoy it. the health lectures that we were tought as kids dont really phase us as we get older. i smoke and drink occasionaly.
