I see a lot of posts about sleeping naked and how it's worth the benefits. I was wondering what those benefits are.

Well there not like really specific benefits, just that it could make you feel fresh at hot nights maybe but its just a way to sleep

I just like the feel. Its free and cool. I don't like feeling tightly wrapped up when I'm sleeping. Of course I prefer to be naked when I'm not sleeping too, so I guess that's just me.

Much more comfortable, aren't as hot as you'd be with clothes on, don't sweat as much as you would with clothes on.

In my view, there are no 'benefits' at all from sleeping naked. As far as I know it isn't good or bad for you in any way, shape or form (please excuse the cliché). So, in answer to your question, there are no benefits of sleeping naked.

i think some benefits would be that your body begins to feel more comfortable being naked since you will be naked all night... and its very comfortable not waking up with your pants twisted the wrong way

It's really a matter of preference not benefit..

I sleep in boxers and I can't feel much difference between that and sleeping naked.

I wouldn't call them benefits, but I find it more comfortable, especially in summer.

It's definitely preference moreso than any real benefits. I find it more comfortable in general, especially because my room is on the top floor and it gets damn hot at night.

It's not benifits. It's preference. When I sleep in boxers, they usually get spun around, and the front is at my side (from moving in my sleep), and then they get tight and uncomfortable. So I like sleeping naked better.

Mostly preference
