Help with cuttinq doesnt usually work

Ur really lucky if yu actually find some1 that cares enough r cares most ppl hve misconceptions with cuttinq like ur either crazy r weak I went to therapy to 4it.n it doesnt work when they dnt really care r if yu tell ur close friend N they throw it bck n ur fce so has this evr hppened -where yu trust some1 enouqh to tell n they d ont understand_

I never told anyone myself, they were told. However I do know what you mean about trusting someone and them throwing it back in your face. I'm lucky in real life I do actually have one friend who whilst she doesn't cut has tried to understand and really support me. But a different friend, she didn't help at all, she could never keep anything I said to her, to herself, and messed my life up more than I ever did myself, yet now she wonders why I don't talk to her properly anymore.

When you say you went to therapy, but they didn't care, what exactly do you mean? That the therapist wasn't bothered by your self harming?

All you can really do is be careful about who you tell, but don't stop trusting everyone completely, I know I have issues with trusting people, but I do have a small few I trust entirely. And one day you might find someone really supportive who will help.
