I advise against it; the possible repercussions greatly outweigh the benefits.
I'm unsure of your age, but if you're under the age of 18 (lower in some countries/states) he can be charged w/ possession of child pornography. You must also consider that the picture may somehow move about and end up with someone you didn't want or expect it to.
