Ok I hope im not breaking any rules when I say this but when I masturbate I usually rub with a blanket. But if I use lotion then its much harder to cum. Am I making my penis loose sensitivity by using the blanket which is more rough?

You're not going to loose sensitivity just by using a blanket. If you wanted that to happen, you would have to be very rough with your masturbating. If your losing sensitivity--which I doubt--then that means you damaged your little guy, so don't worry :)
