Period pains

what age did your period pains start? Where were/are your period pains mostly? and what did you do to make the pain lesser? I was just wondering because recently i have started having really bad pains in my lower abdomen and lower areas that i think are starting to be period pains. :confused:

Well, when I first got my period (I was 12) I didn't really have any cramps. But at around 13 it got bad. I would be fine, then this crippling pain would come right where my ovaries are. Sometimes only one. I just sit there and let it hurt for a while. And heat helps. Hot water bottle, hand warmers, microwavable pillow, electric blanket. Any one of those will do you good.

Same as above, I was 13 and some of the stuff above along with hot baths

i was 11 and i get them really bad on my lower back and right where my ovaries are. i usually take some meds...cant remember the name and i use a hot water bottle and press it on my stomach. but most of the time i just suffer
