We don't have a swim team at school but I lap swim regularly at the YMCA for exercise. When I lap swim I wear a speedo. I have always pointed my penis up when I put on a speedo, but I've grown to the point that if I get semihard the tip is starting to get dangerously close to poking out. So I'm wondering - swimmers who wear speedos, how do you arrange yourself?

i dont wear speedos when i swim, i wwear the jammers, but i position mine going down so if i do get one it is barely noticable

I wear a jammer and I point it down. If its getting that close to the edge, maybe you should try to point it down again.

My two older brothers and I wear speedos for comp and rec. We just let the ole tool find its own position to be comfy. I have nevr worn a jammer so can't help you there.

i wear speedos and i normally have my dick to one side, like left or right. i think its the most comfortable, it is a bit noticable though. no one cares though.

ive been swimming on a swim team for the past 8 years and wear speedos. i point mine down, looks most natural that way

I do part time surf life saving, so I wear tight swimmers, including wetsuits, jammers and speedos. When in wetsuits and stuff I wear it down but when in speedos to the side is definitely the best. If its in the up position when I get hard my head pokes right out the top. When it's down, it outlines your whole dick. Whilst I'm not shy, I am highly aware of the type of people who have access to a public beach. For comfort and privateness to the side is perfect as if it gets hard you don't notice and it's really comfortable.

I wear jammers, but at my swimming club some people wear speedo's. they point theirs down aswell :P

I don't wear speedos, but I imagine pointing it upwards is the worst thing to do to prevent getting semi-hard. To the left or right would be best if you're getting pretty big.

This just made me think. Tom Daley, the British Olympic Diver, was only 14 when he took part in the Beijing 2008 games - prime boner age. That must have been pretty scary for him in those speedos... :eek:
