Its probably from too much rubbing. I have a bruise from too much jacking on my shaft. As weird as it is, I put a bandaid on, but because it's on I can keep jacking. I don't know if yours is like a cut or bruise, but putting a bandaid on might help. If you do decide to do that, just make sure that you don't use lube while your masturbating. Hope this helped :)
