terrible cramps

does any one have any other suggestions to help cramps besides like advil and a hot water bottle. nothing is working right now and im dying, they r so bad this time. help!

that's about what I do..maybe you could ask your doctor or something if there is something he could give you.

Well, what I do is similar to you. When I get horrible cramps, Midol and a hot bath are my best friends, and they help me ALOT.

Paracetamol, Hot water bottle and sit in a comfortable position.

almost forgot...just like Ashley said...nice hot bath helps too.
