non erect size

is there are normal size for a non erect penis. when i was 11 it was only about 1.5-2 inchs long and 2 inchs in girth. now i'm 13 and its about 3.5inchs both long and in girth. are you all about the same?

Yup, I'm about the same on that now. Mine's 4' in length and 3.5' in girth when flaccid (the term for non-erect).

I'm really not sure about the average flaccid length :|

there isnt really an average for flaccid penises, a full grown flaccid penis varies greatly, but the erect full grown penises are more similar.

my flaccid penis is 2-3 inches

erect penis is 4-4.25 inches.

yeah i know im small but hey, i just started puberty like 8 months ago.
