I'll keep this short and simple:
First, you'll never know unless you talk to her.
Second, you haven't met the love of your life at thirteen.
Lastly, if you are going to ask someone out, don't wait.

When you're older, kiddo, you'll realize it's not a good idea to pursue the girl you fell for when you were nine. Nine. Either ask her out or drop it, it's really unhealthy for you to obsess over more adult matters like relationships at your age. You're hardly even a teenager.

Ask her out. There's not much more to be said.

Honestly, why the hell not? The worst she can say is no.

Well, no, the worst she can say is some horrendous emasculating insult that completely crushes your self-confidence, possibly accompanied with an offended slap to the face. Most girls your age aren't nearly that rude yet, though, so go for it.

Lmfao, leave it to you to say something like that.

Ask her. Just don't take it badly if she says no.
