yes its fine, its just because the skin is stretching.

Exactly what he says, its still skin, if you stretch any skin it goes a little paler or even white x

As long as its not obstructing your normal day to day urinal movement, i believe it should be all right, but just a pecaution, do try to pull it back to pee, in order not to cause ballooning, which may cause some complications in future.

Cheers.

Then i suppose its no actual problem. :)

Its normal for the forskin to retract during erection.

You mean, during an erection, the skin points away from the peehole?
Rather than retracting?
Then does it affect your normal ejaculation?

I don't have foreskin, I'm cut, but I've seen other boys with it. It's normal!! Unless you feel pain or discomfort or if it affects your urine flow or sperm, it's natural and may correct itself in time. It may not also, don't sweat it until the "unless" happens!! :D

you mean they aren't lining up? the foreskin hole and pee hole? if your cum can't exit properly, have it checked out. if it can, don't fix what's not broke.

If you are too embarrassed to talk to your mom (maybe talk to dad?), if not just wait for your next normal doctor visit and ask that you be left alone (if mom is in there) and then explain/show him the issue. He will have a medical term for it and be able to diagnose a path forward to correct it (it may be something that you can outgrow and no treatment is necessary). I would much rather get it fixed now that when you are an adult.

i would tell her something like this,

mom, i'm not comfortable talking to dad about this so i need you to listen to me. i have a concern about my penis and i'd like to have it checked by a doctor.

you just gotta man up and do it. tell her what is going on if she asks. if she doesn't think it's an issue, stress your concern and let her know it's causing problems with your functioning. if she still doesn't agree, wait as stated before, or go to your dad, uncle, or another adult who can help, if you think it's causing damage. you'll know because of pain and stuff like that. if it's stopping your cum from coming out, that's already an issue.

Unless there is no adhesions on your foreskin it is pretty normal. due to short frenulum My foreskin tended to pull my penishead downwards if pulled back. It wasn't really a big problem. I was circumcised by other reasons and thats no problem at all. What you have is probably some minor irregularity. It could be that streching will help. If you really wish to go to doc, then you probably could arrange it by yourself, no need to ask mom. Idk how medical system works in your country.
