there's already a way to ignore users (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=ignorelist)

you can also set your profile privacy (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=privacy)

and maybe limit PMs and VMs to contacts and moderators (all staff) only (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions)

or as Hank Scorpio said, just ignore them the regular way

this isnt facebook, just like the mod say ignore them, if they keep bothering you report it simple as that.
