In 3 days I'm going away [finally!] and I don't know if I should take my blades with me. I'm gonna be gone for 6 weeks, though i doubt i will need them, should I take them just in case? And if i do, where could I hide them so they're not easily lost in my suitcase??

honestly, don't take them. use this as a positive opportunity to get rid of them from your life. Imagine 6 weeks cut free.

Whilst it will be easy for u to get hold of something when u want to cut when u are away, the need to find something to do it with may give u enough time to calm down and not need to hurt.

if i could go away and leave my fists at home I would believe me.

I know what you mean about feeling weird without having your blades with you... bleh, not a good feeling :/ I think it'd be better to not take them, so you're not tempted to harm yourself while you're gone. It'll be hard, but you can do it :) And like ChaseThisLight said- I bet it'd feel great to go that 6 weeks without cutting. Good luck, and really hope it goes well for you; Have a nice trip :)

Dont take them, its so much easier to resist if they arent there!

I know you want them as like a comfort thing and you feel weird without having them. But it will be good for you. You can go a long time, and you wont even notice they are gone after the first week.

Mhm, I would say if you can dont take them, try and use this as an opertunity to prove you are better than this, that you dont need those blades. If however you do decide to take them then it is understandable, but I will not give you any advice on how to hide them :hug:
