Hey I've been dating this girl for awhile. We talk about sex and stuff but we never do it. But then yesterday she asked me for a nude. Idk if I want to because I come from a wealthy family therefore I have a good rep in the city I live in. I want to go further with her but I don't want it tO end up where I'm in trouble. What if I'm to small for her?

If u guys r dating and she really likes u ur penis size won't matter.
as far as getting caught. Be smart and be careful. If u trust her to keep them for herself then u'll b fine.
And why haven't u had sex btw? Sounds like she wants to.

Never a good idea sending or receiving nude pics. There are serious laws against this, you or she could end up on a sex-offenders registry for posting nude pics of a minor.

Due to ridiculous loopholes in laws meant to protect minors, if you send or receive pics of minors in a compromising sexual light, you can be charged.
I do NOT suggest sending or receiving nude pictures because of how dangerous they are.
Tell her how much you care for her, how beautiful you think she is but express your concern and tell her that you wouldn't even hesitate in person.

Yeah that or if something goes south your all over the net naked...
If you are going through email you do a self destructing email and have the pics encrypted.... (That sounds hard) But it is really easy...
Look into it it's free (Just use google)...
Altho that might make her think you don't trust her...
It's up to you but be careful.

^^^Probably your best advice! Sorry to say but it is really dangerous in this day and age. Again if she really loves you, she should be somewhat understanding and not want to put you into a potentially bad situation.

Hes not saying you send a fake one, he means you send her one that can only be viewed by her and destroys itself after a certain time period so she can't even share it. Personally I havnt done it, and since everyone interprets the laws differently it actually is or is not illegal depending on the age of the sender and the receiver. For example at 16 it's fine but any younger then don't bother.

unless you want the world to see you and I mean the world...NEVER send any pictures over the internet that you don't want your parents to see..you never know where they will end up.

If you and her are underage (which I'm assuming you both are) do NOT, under any circumstances, send nude photos. You could be charged with producing and disseminating child pornography, and she could be charged with possession. Depending on where you live, you could both have to register as sex offenders.

I wouldnt,bc if something doesnt work out,she will have an exposed pic of u,to do whatever she wants with. And u could get charged. As for ur size. If she likes u,she wont care.

Just tell her why you don't want to and that you will show her in person. Also, if you are worried about it sounding like you don't trust her, tell her you don't want someone to go through her phone and see them or something along those lines.

First off, let me point out that this is illegal.
Sexting is sending, receiving, or forwarding sexually explicit messages, photos, or images via cell phone, computer, or other digital device. It is illegal if the sender/receiver is underage and the pictures are of underage individuals and is resulting in child pornography charges being filed against teens across the nation.
Second off, it's silly. If you did send pictures, whether they are fake or real, you can easily end up breaking up and the pictures distributed out. Many people would see, and you would end up ruining whatever reputation you have.
And for third, I'm guessing you are rather young. Sex is never the answer just because she WANTS to.
Think of the consequences, kid.
