What do u mean? If they r my friend then I like them. If u mean like like then there's nothing to tell unless they said they liked me.

Why tell them? Unless they show immediate signs that they like you back, there's nothing to tell.

I would be honest. Honesty is the best policy. Just be kind about it. Say that they're great, and you KNOW there will be someone for them.
