I've been trying to lose like 20 pounds lately.
I simply cannot get any weight off.
I lost A LOT of weight last summer.
I was... huge..
I'm thinner now, but not where i want to be.
I think 15-20 lbs lighter would be great to lose.
I need some help. :(
I was hoping you guys might be able to help me
make a exercise regimen and eating plan thing.

I see that you live in the United States; Therefore I'd like to give you some things that I would do:
-Breakfast is essential! Whole grains, fruit, and yogurt are your best bet.
-Honey bunches of Oats cereal is great for a lot of the nutrients that you'd need.
-Exercise; Include a lot of interval running (Keeping your heart rate up so Jog/sprint-Then jog/sprint again)
If you can make these lifestyles changes (Keeping in mind I don't know what your lifestyle is) Weight has to come off.
Don't get disheartened, keep it up and I guarentee you'll start to feel great.

What other excercises do you think would work well?

Cardio exercises like jump ropes, ergs, treadmills, bikes etc. If you really want to push it, try running up and down long sets of stairs (eg. stadium stairs)

A lot of the stuff I do is muscle building. Weight loss is a lot different type of isolation of your body. If I had to give advice: Running is always good, Cardio stuff listed above is great, but also weight lifting can be a great workout with low weight lots of reps. More weight less reps is better for muscle building. This in correlation with diet, and nutrition is the only for sure way to do it :)

Since you said you have already lost quite a bit of weight, depending on what your body is looking like, you can now focus on size and sculpting rather than losing weight specifically. Take me for example. I used to weigh 250 lbs. Today I weighed in at 185. Right now, I still have body shaping that I don't like, but I know I don't want to lose more. I want to now make sure to replace fat and certain shapes with definition and sculpting muscles.
Like Conner said, eat breakfast. Always. Avoid junk food, that's obvious. Portion control is a great way to lose weight. I'd put in some healthy snacks so you don't binge at meals. Cardio is helpful if you are set on losing fat. Running, biking, swimming. However, I suggest rotating it so you don't become bored. If you're interested in weight lifting, what I do is I do cardio Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, then I lift for arms Monday, legs Wednesday, and I do some ab strength toning on Friday. Everyday, I do ab work outs and push ups.
Now, this is me. Do what works for you.

I just wanna say that change happens when you do something different. Obvious but true. I can't give better advice then already given but I'll say that when I started to run every day/ every other day some pounds came off and I didn't even notice it. Start slow though don't make a drastic change.

Thanks so much, y'all.
I'm going to jump right on it when I get back home in a few days.
I really appreciate it. :)

jeremy, just remember ya got all summer. it doesn't have to happen all at once and if you aren't up for cardio some days, just take a walk. It won't help your lungs, but it's even if you walk slowly for a a mile or two it's better than sitting around. I know walking seems boring, but if you grab one of your friends, you could walk and talk for an hour or so at night after it cools down. I see you're in texas, so doing out door stuff is probably harder than a lot of places.
It's been hot here in atlanta, but I saw it's even hotter in most of texas.

I lost a lot of weight by calorie counting, if you have an iPod touch, iPhone, try an app called "my fitness pal" that is a good app, even the smallest changes try switching to sugar free soda and stuff like that, if you look at the calories in coke you will be surprised.

A dietary change isn't enough, though, regardless of how well you eat you have to get some physical activity in there.

It isn't enough to lose 20, no. But in the beginning, I changed my diet drastically by cutting out all soda, junk food, chips, etc. and I dropped loads of weight quickly. I think by changing your diet, the physical activity that you already do, although it could just be walking, takes effect since the poor eating habits from before negated any benefit you got from it.

Eat more veggies and fruits. Eat less processed foods. Do plenty of exercise and drink plenty of water.

Here you will have to be VERY careful, as this could potentially become an eating disorder. My recommendation would be for you to exercise more, and eat more healthily, and basically what's been said above. Good luck!

Of course, when I did it I did and still do 6 days a week at the gym 4 lifting and cardio days, 2 cardio days. Drink lots of water when trying to lose fat
