well there is another post likt this and it explains thatno part of your body is paportional and that it is not true bc i have to wear a size 10 and i only have a 3 inch dick so no its not true

I don't think it's true. It's just to hard to confirm that shoe size goes with penis size. I don't know though, may be possible
