Can't get her out of my mind!

A few days ago I went ice skating with some friends. I saw the most beautiful girl I have ever seen, and she was around my age. My friends told me I should talk to her. I got really nervous and chickened out. Now it's been 4 days and I can't stop thinking about her. She is a figure skater so I know she goes to the ice arena a lot. Should I go back and find her or what? I need some help with this.
