Alright, I'm from Canada and almost 2yrs ago I was arrested for theft under $5k, I was acquitted before a judge so I'm wondering are my mugshot and fingerprints still on file with the RCMP?
also I'm asking what is your opinion regarding keeping information of the acquitted?
Personally I feel that if you're acquitted then the info the RCMP has about you should be destroyed but that's just me
