You may not be finishing... or you may not be in puberty yet, thus no sperm preduction, thus no visual signs of an orgasm.

Also not getting an erection could be because your not "turned-on" or a few other reasons that I won't say because it may frighten and worry ya :P but its very likely your just not turned-on...
