Hey guys, i recently found out i had hit puberty. And it must have been recently because today i felt really jumpy mad,sad and annoyed with people is it me or is it hormones?? Btw im a boy and 13 years of age.

Well, you don't just wake up one day and find out that puberty 'hit' you over night.. Just because you felt mad and annoyed doesn't mean anything other than you could have been having an off day. You can't blame every mood swing that you'll get on puberty, otherwise that's like saying you're peaceful every single day except for the days that puberty decides to hit you.

On another note, how do you 'recently find out' that puberty hit you? You didn't notice before?

I've gotten like that as well. I think it's hormones. No telling what them darn hormones are doing to us. lol

Mood Swings, they are totally normal don't worry.

Well mood swings are a part of puberty, but people of all ages have them.
There are a lot of signs to help you judge if you are into puberty yet or not.
