Well, I've messed up my sleep schedule again. It's to the point now that I go to sleep at three or four in the morning and wake up between noon and two pm. This is ridiculous. It's almost 12:30 and I'm exhausted but I'm not sleepy, if you know what I mean. I'm tired but not to the point where if I tried to fall asleep I could.

Anyone got any tips that got them to sleep on those sleepless nights?

(I know people say to put away any electronics but I can usually fall asleep under really bright lights and for other reasons, being online until I'm tired keeps me distracted and sane.)

I suppose it's because my mind is simply too active and I have to exhaust myself but I don't do that well enough and it has some pretty bad effects on me later if any of that made sense.

My body clock is pretty much the same as yours. The best way to get it "normal" again is so set your alarm for a lot earlier in the morning. That way you'll be more tired by the time it gets to the next night, and you'll be more likely to get to sleep earlier :)

This is what i have been doing recently, it really helps Jo. It just makes you so knackered through the day but you manage to get to sleep well. So yeah try this. Also i reccomend nothing high in caffeine in the day, cause that keeps you awake too.

My sleep schedule is all fucked up but it has always been that way and what Kathy said helps. If you like taking naps in the middle of the day it will definitely hurt your sleep schedule. I don't know if you do take naps or not but powering thru a day without one.

Thanks guys. Had another 5:30am night but I have to get up tomorrow anyway so hopefully that may straighten it out again.

Actually, maybe caffeine may help. It puts me to sleep. ^^
