The next time you stop into your local fast food restaurant, instead of adding a soft drink to your value meal, how about grabbing a beer or a glass of wine? We're not joking. Alcohol options are sprouting up on fast food menus across the country. See what's driving the change.

Mmhm, I wonder what will happen if every restaurant takes this up?

Things like this really annoy me, they make it seem like you can't go out anywhere and enjoy yourself without the use of alcohol anymore. Sooner or later they'll have McDonald's selling it as well, its utterly ridiculous.

That's crazy. The purpose of fast food is mainly to be able to eat on the go. Add alcohol to that equation...it just makes it easier to drink and drive in my opinion.

Europe isn't as dumb as the USA is. They could handle it. Thats just how I see it.

Excellent! Let people eat tacos, King Macs, Super-Hyper-Mega-Size-Chicken-King Hamburgers and buckets and buckets of hot wings with some French wine, and let them puke over the whole store!

Cause of Death: Drunk driving influenced by cheap beer
Pretty much going to be on everybody's autopsy if it ever spreads to places like New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

It *can't* happen in some states how liquor laws are written, and because of that most chains won't do it.
Also bad for hiering, since minors can't work in a resteraunt that serves alcohol.
