What would be better? I like the 4Runner and the Cherokee, but I can't make up my mind.

I'd take the 4Runner. Older Grand Cherokees are loud and have awful MPG's. The 4Runner is a capable off-roader, if that is what you are going to be using it for. So is the Jeep, but the 4Runner will be more road-worthy and reliable.

Im not going for the Grand Cherokee, looks ugly and it's unreliable.

Whoops, didn't read that properly.

It honestly depends on which you prefer. I don't know alot about either, so really its about preference. Research prices, reliability, recalls, power, availability, things like that about each, and then base your decision off that.

Personally, though, I'd buy the Toyota.

Buying the Jeep is a guessing game, I know some people who love them and some who have had nothing but trouble with them.


I'd go for the Yoda, just make sure there is NO RUST anywhere on it. Otherwise, its a bulletproof truck (not literally, of course.)

Go for the 4 Runner. My cousin had a Jeep and constantly had problems and it burns alot of gas.

Toyota based on reliability of overall brand.. You never hear much about Toyota's being junk. Of course, mileage and yr and stuff all come into play. Have it checked out at a dealer or a mechanic you trust (of course)...

Well the 4runner looks bad ass. My dads friend has one. But for an overall good vehicle I'd go with the jeep. A jeep is probably better for off roading also

Go with the Toyota 4Runner. And the reason is, well, Toyota is just awesome and the SUV rocks. But I like jeeps too, my Aunt just bought 2 - 2011 Grand Cherokee's and those are pretty sweet. Good gas mileage too

Well this is a hard decision but I would probably end up going with the 4runner because they last forever and they have more room then the jeep.
