haven't cut

its been 3 days since i cut....yes i miss it but i don't feel like i have to do it. i only do it to um...idk run away from things that i have to deal with? right now i'm actually gonna "run away" from my issues. (i mean that metaphorically of course) i'm going far away from everything (most things)that possibly caused me pain. later its gonna be permanent. (sorry to be kinda vague)

Glad to hear u stopped cutting,i stopped myself 18 or 19 days ago,try not to count cuz that has a negative effect on me.i stopped after school ended cuz most of my problems were there.trying to keep myself from doing it until school starts again and hope i will be able to not harm myself when it has started again,thought i doubt il be able to do that:(

Great job not cutting!! We r all proud!! I wish i could say the same:/ but keep it up!!! If u hav bad urges try holding an ice cube or something ice cold!! Gives me the same feelig without the blood or scars!! Hurts then goes numb!
