I guess im just posting this because i need to share my loss of a very close friend. I lost my friend Allie back in february. She was only 16. We had almost every single class together in a normal school day. She was so smart, in the top 10 percent of our class and she was beautiful. I can honestly say she was one of the happiest people i knew but i guess it only looked that way. I had no idea anything was wrong with her but then one day in the middle of winter break i got a call telling me she had shot herself. I couldnt believe it and i know it will never seem real. The reason im sharing this now is because i keep dreaming about her this week and i thought maybe if i shared her story it would help me deal. I also wanted to post this to say to anyone who is considering suicide, i know what its like, ive been there, but please dont, If you cant live for yourself, live for the people that love you. One act can tear apart an entire community and destroy a family. Please everyone keep on fighting.

Hi Loss. I'm very sorry about Allie :( Sometimes, the signs are less obvious and you really don't know. It's horrible losing anyone to suicide. Thanks for sharing and I hope things get better.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I've nearly lost people close to me to suicide too many times (thankfully i've never actually lost anyone), so I know somewhat how it feels. I know how hard it is to accept, but the important thing to remember is this is not your fault. These things are unfortunatly a part of life, and life does go on. I know that doesn't make it any easier or less tragic but the pain will fade eventually.
