Im not sure if this goes here.. If not please move it..

Well every night for the past week i keep having these horrible dreams. They seem so stupid but its always the same story like. Zombies. Idk why but its scaring the shit out of me.

I keep dreaming of zombies being everywhere and coming after us. And the environment seems so real because its all in my neighborhood. Ill describe.

I like in an apartment, and its down a road full of apartments with a parking lot. At the end there is a main street, and right across it there is a plaza, with a pizza place, a nail salon, a bar, a hair barber, a chinese food resturant and a convienent store.

Id always be in my room when zombies start coming at me, and i would run out and go up to each floor to check if there was anybody around. Then i would go outside and run down the street while they chase me, and i can hear them moaning and groaning. When i get to the street, the plaza is on fire, and there are zombies crawling out of the buildings. I would suddenly find myself in the pizza place, with afew humans, and we would be shooing them away. Apparently in my dreams there weakness is perfume. I always wake up too being alone in the pizza place with them all coming at me, and id wake up when one jumps at me.

I litterally cant sleep, every time i close my eyes i get these visions that scare the shit out of me, and when i fall asleep i dream of this.

Can anyone help me? Ive tried lucid dreaming but its not working. I really need sleep, i havent slept for the past 3 nights.

is there anything u can think of that can cause those dreams?i had dreams like that which stole my sleep for weeks last year,it turned out to be from stress and anger caused by school.i took a week and a half off and the nightmares disappeared after two days off from school.it doesnt have to be things like that it can be something as easy as seen something on tv or read something that scared u.

It might be that you are not exhausting your brain enough. You have an over active brain while you are asleep and it causes your mind to be over active. YOu need to make sure that you are tired when you toto sleep. Let me look this up some more and get back to you.

ive got idea jus imangine that you hav a big machine gun and that you can shoot all of them and you cant die and then imagine u team up with friends that still human and you all kick some zombies arse

remember ur in control of ur dreams so make them into something u can fight back
