So..I was giving my bf oral,and then this white-ish substance came out of his forskin,and in my mouth? He didnt know what it was, and i dont either. Anyone know?

Actually your bf can have the cleanest penis in the world but that will happen many times, because the mixture of your saliva, the pre-ejaculation fluids that contains some spermatozoon , air bubbles, and some dead skin cells (that we all have on the top layer of the whole body skin) from rubbing the penis, will create that whit-ish substance.

Although it is advice good hygiene in the sexual organs

Not necessarily smegma is the body's natural lubricant, it is healthy as long as its not from weeks past, it does need to be washed but not as soon as it develops, it is what keeps the penis healthy and functioning properly

Partly true.Only fresh formed smegma is natural lubricant,old acumulated under foreskin is not. For all sexual activity including oral is better and healtier to wash. Believe me,no one partner don` like smegma.

Thats why they say circumcision is best. Alot of bacteria can get under the foreskin. If you become sick , which is highly unlikely, take antibiotics and tell your boyfriend to have a bath and to wash his penis.. i kinda feel sorry for you man...
