I do not feel depressed anymore, but I get extremely aggravated for no reason sometimes. I get angry at repetitive conversations and arguments. Any way to counteract this without taking medications?

Either learn how to control your emotions or go back on the meds, anti-depressions meds are also used to treat anger issues.

Well, there's many different methods of anger management. The simplest ones are often breathing exercises or various types of meditation or energy work. Google any of these and you can get some pretty good suggestions. Not all of them may work for you but you can definitely find something that does.

As Robert said, anti-depressants are often used to deal with anger issues which may have been part of why you were on them instead of just depression.

However, there are definitely lots of options that do not require medication. Do you also speak to a therapist or counsellor? If you bring up your concerns with regards to anger, they can definitely give you tips and work with you.
