what do you mean? you went to your UCP...and tried to accept or reject...but nothing happens?

you need to post any errors messages that you are getting if any but one thing i would say is check all your settings on ur user CP perhaps you have privacy settings on

I don't get any error message, it's just that nothing happens. Have never happened before, and haven't changed any settings or anything..

I have no trouble accepting or rejecting (I just accepted one today) so it might just be particular members..
