Im 14 almost 15 and i feel really small

3-3.5 non-erect
4.5 erect..

Im scared for next year at school that all my friends are going to make fun of me during P.E. cause we have to take showers :/

what is the average size for around this time?

Depends with different people. To be honest I have NEVER seen someone get mocked for their penis size. I mean, I'm sure it happens but I've never seen or heard of it. I think every guy understands they are born with what they got - can't control it. Whatever you do though do NOT be that guy who wears swim trunks in the shower.

Some people develop early. I turned 14 in may and I am about 2-4 inches soft and 6-7" hard. The down side is I look like I am 16-18. I get 17 a lot but I've gotten some 18s in there.

I just turned 15 last month and that is my size. But I'm even a little smaller soft.

I'll be 15 in a couple of weeks and I'm 2.5" - 3" soft and about 6" hard. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Sounds like your fine.

No, that's a good size. Don't worry about it. The average penis size is a bit over 5 1/2 inches. That's why when guys here say they are 7, 8 and 9 I don't believe them, not for one minute. They are either lying or not measuring right.

Well, i'm 16 almost 17 and i'm about 4.5" soft and about 7.5-8" erect, I'm an early bloomer also, I was fully finnished through puberty when I was 12. I personally wouldn't worry about it, generally if someone is making fun of your size they're either jealous or they're just a hater, and you know what the sayin for that is, Hater's gonna hate :)

I think your size is fine for your age, I wouldn't worry about anyone making any type of comments about it.

Dude your good I'm 15 and mine is only 4.5 to 5 inc. So don't freak.

You're fine. I'm sure it'll grow at least another inch by the time you're done with puberty and whatnot.

Flaccid: 3.5inches/9cm
Erect: 6.4inches/16.3cm
