During hockey some kids shower after games. I am 14 and still nervous to do so. When they strip down I get a boner. I am also straight but curious. Should I start showering soon? If someone saw me with a boner in the shower would they care? What would they do? Do others get boners too?

My advice is just strip and jump in. At my school just about all the guys shower after gym and all the guys on my soccer and baseball teams shower after practice and games. No need to be shy, and clean is way better than smelly! Personally I've never seen anyone pop a boner in the shower, but even if you do, so what? Just go about your business!

Most everyone at my school showers. Don't worry too much about it. Shower up and that's it. I've popped a few boners before in the shower. Can't help it. Most of my friends just laugh it off. No big deal.

I have had to shower with guys, kinda sprung a bit of a boner but others did too so it wasn't a big deal. no one has ever jacked off in the shower though, I wouldn't mind if someone did, I'd join in but not sure any of us has the guts to be the one to start.

I've played Ice Hockey for 6 years and showered after for 4 of them, starting when I was a 1st year bantam. Honestly I had the same worries as you do, but one day I had to shower due to going straight to my sistsers communion after a game. So I was nervous and all, but once I got in there, it is oddly relaxing to be naked in front of a bunch of other naked people. No one has to hide anything, and we all chilled and bullshitted. After that I never played hockey without showering again.

As for getting a boner, no worries it happened once or twice to people I showered with and we chuckled, cracked a joke, and went back to whatever we had been talking about. Nobody really cares.

The goal of showering after sports is to get clean. We as people get worked up about the fact that we are going to be naked in front of other people, but honestly, when it's just a bunch of guys, it really should not matter. I mean, sometimes, guys are going to get hard in the shower, it's our nature, but if you just shrug it off, or be like, "Why you lookin'?" it'll be alright. You should shower, getting clean is the main goal, and if you get hard, don't worry!

It's hard to answer your question. Obviously, at our age, we get random boners. What you are saying though it that you get hard when you get in the shower with other guys. That's not random. You say you're straight, but getting a boner when you see other guys in the shower doesn't really seem straight to me... Just saying... Cheers:)
