My left hand has resently became very hard to use normaly and its shaking constantly.can it be from repeted burning or injury of the hand be the cause?i have for a couple of months dipped my hands in boiled water or banged it in walls or tables to. calm me down when i got stressed or depressed instead of cutting(which i did for a period as well)

Yes, those are very good reasons why. Have a doctor look at it. YOu might have damaged some nerves.

i would say either trapped nerve or nerve damage i would see ur doctor immdently to prevent any peremeant damage
