So eveyday i wake up and lay in bed for an hour or 2 thinking to myself if im worth it.. Would ppl even care if i just stayed in bed 4ever or if i went away? Questions like that rin threw my head till i finaly get up and get ready for the day... I used to be really excited for a new day and more talkative but for the past 2 and a half years ive been quiet and hav had no want to do anythig... I hav been diagnosted with depression after i got caught cutting.. I got put on the highest dosage of anti-depressants and hav been on them for a year and a half.... What do i do to get myself going every morning and to make myself feel like i am actualy worth a damn in this world??? Plzzz give me ideas.... Ive been thinkin more and more bout suicide.. Ik i should tell some1 like my parents but ik all they would do is throw me bak in the mental hospital.... :'(((

(I posted another reply on your other post) Suicide is not the answer to your problems. We should talk, i think it will help you. You seem likea really great guy, and your going through a tough time, but life wont always be bad.

I can guarentee you're worth it! Not even a question; it is rhetorical. The questions you should be asking are: "Are people going to be able to handle everything that I have to offer?" Stay strong, You have a lot of purpose still on this planet and I'd like to see you prosper by accomplishing everything you can!

find stuff you like to do and just focus on that. suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, its never worth it. if u ever need help with anything message me.

Suicide is never the answer. I'm repeating what I always say: it's a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
I know all the feelings you describe well. If your antidepressants aren't working, trying a new kind can be beneficial. I've used two kinds which haven't really worked but it's all about trying out different medications and dosages and finding what works for you because everyone is different.
I know you don't want to tell your parents but it helps, it really does. Being in the hospital sucks and is scary but is often a last resort. Find out about options you have that don't require hospitalization. If you're proactive about getting help, your parents may listen more to your input than if you were not making any effort to help yourself.
Remember: things DO get better.
