If you want expert advice you should research it online or go to a doctor. I highly recommend though that you make sure its not serious by going to a doctor.

No, it doesn't mean you can get genital warts later in life. A wart on a foot isn't related anything with an std. To get rid of your wart you'll need to get some medicated cream to get it off.

And to clarify.. You don't need to have sex to have HIV.. There are many ways
Blood transfer ( Kissing, etc )
And the second one is you got it from your parents
But as Anthony said ;)

Actually its impossible to get HIV from kissing and blood transfusion (its illegal in the U.S. to give a blood transfusion with blood that has HIV or any other infection) and the only other ways to contract it are through tattoos, piercings (rare), and drug use or anything else using possible unsterile needles. I doubt you have HIV though, but if your really unsure you should go to the doctor, especially if it hurts or itches or anything like that.

I think I can clarify.
They were talking about herpes. Herpes is responsible for genital warts, however it is also responsible for cold sores and planter warts. It is a virus, but the area where you get it is the area you will have it. If they don't appear on your penis, they won't unless your penis comes into contact with one of those warts.
Herpes is in a completely different family than HIV. HIV is only transfered through bodily fluids - vaginal discharge, semen, and blood. You won't get it from kissing anyone with HIV unless their mouth is bleeding.
Hope I helped (aren't I a health nerd?)!
