ok for like the past week or so i haven't been eating like i usually do. i'll go up to the fridge hungry then when i see all the food it's like i'm not hungry? my mom's getting worried. she and i think i'm getting into my old happits, starving. it's just that i don't have enough time to go running. we're always busy doing something, and it's bothering me. . . .

Are you purposely not eating or are you simply not hungry? Either way, it's not good that you're not eating but a loss of appetite is not usually as bad as starving yourself, I guess.

well my advice is to eat like 8 small healthy snacks during the day for now instead of meals that way you won't slip into your starving behaviors and won't do something you regret. And small snacks are easier to eat rather than big meals.
