Would be to admit it, even if only on a forum. Really feels weird to talk about considering many consider ED a "female disorder"...
Well, for awhile now, I've been purging I guess. I won't throw up all the time, mainly when the calories in something are too high. After that happens, I'll workout for 30mins - an hour, which kind of adds up during the day.
Don't know if this counts as an ED, don't know if I'd be able to admit this to someone in person, but I guess it feels nice to let it out at times.

Yes, that's still considered an eating disorder. Talk to your mom or someone who you trust. It can get very serious. Try to get help while you still have it under control and it can be dealt with.

Like Hannah said, talk to someone about it. If no one will listen to you/they'll react in the wrong way, talk to us. We're here to help. We can't diagnose you, and we can't offer professional help, but we'll do our best. You should go to a psychiatrist and get help, but if you can't/won't, that's all right. Oh, and a note about psychiatrists: you'll have to search for a looong time before you find the right one.
I hope this helps. :)

Yes, any sort of eating patterns considering not normal falls under the category of disordered eating and purging is not a normal eating habit. As well as excessive exercising. Good for you though for admitting it. Often the hardest part is admitting you have a problem.
Yes, the thing about psychiatrists is true. Often waiting lists are very long too depending on where you live. I'm actually working with my fourth psychiatrist right now.
