Okay so am i an ugly guy?i am 5'10 and 180lbs. what hair cut would look good on me?

You're not an ugly person. Now, seeing as you're asking for a haircut advice below I've included suggestions on a few things.

Hair style:
-Shorten it with a flip in the front

Facial hair:
-None

Eye-wear:
- Aviator sunglasses (preferably brown in either Ray Ban or Cole Haan)

Clothing: I can't see your body but you look thin-ish w/ a little muscle:
- Slightly fitted tees/polos.
Polos: Lacoste, Polo, Original Penguin
Tees: James Perse, Original Penguin, Lacoste, DKNY, Converse

- Jeans should be SLIM NOT SKINNY
Brands: Converse, Michael Kors, Citizens of Humanity, Joe's Jeans, Projek Raw

PLEASE NOTE: Many of these brands are of high cost! You do NOT have to wear these to be attractive/handsome. If you'd like to follow my brand suggestions but can't afford them, take some time to look up the brands, note the cuts (fit) and style and by cheaper brands in similar style. I'd even suggest going to the thrift store and searching.

don't look too bad..hard to see because you're not really that close though
