How much do you weigh? The skinnier you are the quicker they appear.

Do crunches and other ab exercises that you can find on the internet. If you don't hurt then you're not getting them.

What do you enjoy doing? I'm in baseball and we do a lot of core exercises that help. They are a lot easier to get if you enjoy doing the things that make them. About half the guys on my team have them.

Keep doing crunches, situps, the whole nine yards. Do them daily, so that once you get a 6-pack, it won't just go away haha.

Obviously do crunches, sit ups etc but concentrate on cardio abs won't show through fat.

Sprinting is your best bet believe it or not. The motion of bringing your knees up does wonders compared to actual abs that attempt to avoid that and instead try to emulate that. Running and then supplementing your body with other abs is your best bet!

during wrestling season im 14 and i had an 8 pack. now that im in between football and wrestling season i only have a 6. but anyway do crunches, mountain climbers, and sit-ups.
Doing sit-ups holding about 40 pounds will do the trick in no time. But to be honest it's not easy. there not going to just appear in a week. It will take at least a month depending on how much you weigh and also your height. So yeah hope i helped if you play sports football and wrestling will get you in good shape and teach you how to stay in shape. hope i helped :)

Just stay active like running and sports. I have a six pack just from playing tennis. The core works constantly just from you walking or running.

You can't just work your abs, you have to get your body fat down to less then 10%
Go running, or any other aerobic exercise that you enjoy. Slow crunches, it's better to do 50 slow ones then it is to do 500 fast ones.

Make sure you mix up what ab exercises that you do so you can work all of your ab area. Forearm holds and push ups are good.

crunches, and you can also lay flat on your back and lift your legs just a few inches off the ground. Also running and aerobics could make you skinnier which will make it show like above posters said.

EAT RIGHT!!!! doing crunches will only strengthen your abs, you need to eat right and do cardio to burn the fat in order to let your abs show through. Also, something a lot of people don't realize that the best way to burn fat is to do cardio FIRST before working out. Doing cardio burns all the sugars you already have, then the workout will burn the stored up fat for energy and it burns fat more effectively.
