So yes generally speaking on average race affects it, but as an overall thing there are variables by person.

Also it is Ethnicity.

I don't think the chart is correct. I believe it's truly genetics. But again, that's just my opinion.

That's the common stereotype, but really I don't think anyone will actually be sure as to whether its true or not.

Actually it is correct.... For the most part! The thing is most people that are of a certain race think they are that race because of were they were born and how they look but if you trace your ancestors (genetics) you find your from a diffrent race and most probably you fit into one of these catagories. Of course over time the ancestry fades.... So the more of a certain race you are, the more likely your going to fit in one penis size category. Doesnt mean if your asian you have a small penis or if you black you have a big one. It varies! And its only an overview. Get me?
