Hi, i'm new here, and I just have a few questions. First of all, I'm 16. Personally, I think I'm well off puberty -wise. But a few things worry me. My muscles don't seem to develop, and I'm at that point where I'm kinda self-conscious about it. Do muscles get noticablly larger in my age group, and what can I do to make it happen faster? Also- my body hair isn't coming in as I'd like it to; I have a small trail, a lot of pubes, and my chest hair is beginning to darken. The only part is my beard- I have to shave at least twice a day to keep it down. What age does hair growth kick in?
Sorry for all the questions!

The best way to develop your muscles is simply to work out and exercise. As for hair growth, your hair growth seems appropriate for your age, you already have the trail, lots of pubes and a beard, the rest will come in good time.

Ok, thanks. Any reccomendations for exercising? I'm working on abs and chest, and I can't afford any kind of gym membership, which makes it alot harder to work out.

Try going to UK army website, there you can find lots of information about exercise, including complete training programs.

1. During the teenage years, it is easier to gain musle due to all the testosterone in your body. But they normally start to develop at Different times. Some person it can be 13, others it can be 16. Start working out, there are a few great programs other then gym member ships. Go to military websites as the posts before me, try insanity or P90X. 2. Body hair, it just comes in, there is no way to speed it up perhaps higher testosterone but, I don't think/know of any way to make that grow in faster. Stages of puberty is all linked to genetics.
