Seriously, it's the best advice I've heard.

So you slipped up. Okay. We all do. Remember though, three weeks is fucking AMAZING. I've never gotten that far. I have a high amount of respect for people who can do that. Geez, half the time, I can't last a day. Keep going, hun. xx

Pick yourself back up, you did so well getting to three weeks, thats a great acheivement!! Now try again, make it four weeks.
