Steri-strips?

Just curious about them. how do they actually work
i have noticed a cut on my arm that has kind of healed wrong its like new pink skin has just grew in the gap instead of my skin pulling together and closing
is this instants what steri strips are for? im a bit confused.. if so where can i buy them from?

They basically just help it heal quicker and bring the cut together, meaning a smaller scar and they stop it from opening back up again.. you can get them from any chemist or a shop like superdrug :)

They are well worth having.

They pretty much serve the same purpose as stitches except they can be used on more minor wounds to promote healing and decrease scarring. The main point of them is securing the two edges of the cut together, the scar it will leave won't be as thick and wide as well.
