Is there really a way to tell someone's nipple color or size from the outside?

just curious, I heard rumors. Can you really tell nipple size or color from the outside? thanks for your help

I think it depends on general skin color. If a person has a darker skin color naturally (without a tan), than I think their nipples would be darker than just pink/red.
